Of the above costs the Registered Office/Agent and Nominee Service are annual costs. The only other annual cost is for the duty/tax charge levied by the jurisdiction.

• Deeds of Trust and Power of Attorney

• 3 bound copies of the Memorandum & Articles of Association,

• The Certificate of Incorporation

• A hard bound loose leaf combined register completed with all the opening entries, together with the requisite Minutes of the company

• A company seal

• A Certificate of Non-Trading

• Courier charges from the jurisdiction to ourselves
